This sparkling peninsula lies just between Nice and Monaco. The water is turquoise and the little coves are covered in pebbles. There were only two other swimmers on the hot morning we visited, but plenty of brown bodies lying on pebbles. The water was deliciously cool. No surf, but ideal conditions for just floating on your back.
